This is Jacob's feeding and med schedule. I had hoped we would go down in meds this time around but we have actually added some. We will see what happens post-Glenn but here is our schedule as of now.

MEDICATIONS

8am:
Captopril (3ml) Blood Pressure
Lasix (0.6ml) Diuretic
Diuril (0.6ml) Diuretic
Prevacid (2ml) Reflux
Bethanechol (0.6ml) Reflux/Esophagus
M,W,F Only
1/2 baby aspirin
Vitamin D

4pm:
Captopril (3ml) Blood Pressure
Lasix (0.6ml) Diuretic
Bethanechol (0.6ml) Reflux/Esophagus

8pm:
Diuril (0.6ml) Diuretic
Prevacid (2ml) Reflux

12am:
Captopril (3ml) Blood Pressure
Lasix (0.6ml) Diuretic
Bethanechol (0.6ml) Reflux/Esophagus

Feeding Schedule

Similac for Gas and Fussiness.
24 calorie (3 scoops of formula per 5 oz of water).

Daytime feeds:
70ml
9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm

Night time feeds:
39ml/hour x 10 hours
390ml total
Feed goes up at 8pm
Switch out formula at midnight
Feed ends at 6am
